This is lifetime access so you get it forever!
You can sit in a comfortable chair or you can lay down on a yoga mat, bed, mattress with cushions and blankets and anything nourishing
Please use your workbook, write down what is coming up to get it out and then you can either re-do the meditation to move it through until it’s lifted or you can try some of the free guided meditations. Do this until you feel lighter.
Stay away from anything that alters your consciousness for at least 24 hours after this experience. (alcohol, drugs or stimulants etc)
